**Assignment Dates**
- One weekend of call coverage per month (Friday AM - Monday AM)
- Preferred coverage: 4th weekend of each month
- Potential for increased coverage needs in the coming months

**Coverage Need**
- 24-hour call coverage only

**Position Details**
- Call is for both assigned and unassigned patients
- Beeper call with 15-minute response time
- Call ratio: 1:4
- Inpatient setting
- Trauma Level III
- Admissions required
- Board certification required: Yes
- EMR: Cerner
- Support staff:
- 1 PA/NP
- RNs (TBD)
- Supervision of advanced practice providers required
- Resident or teaching supervision required
- Admissions required: Yes

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Clean malpractice and background history required
- IMLC accepted: Yes
- BLS certification required

**Skill Requirements**
- High-risk pregnancy
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- Amniocentesis
- Routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-sections)
- Complicated deliveries (C-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs)
- Repair of 3rd & 4th-degree lacerations
- Surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic, operative procedures including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy)
