**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates:
- April 12 (7 AM) - April 17 (7 AM)
- May 10 (7 AM) - May 15 (7 AM)
- Ongoing coverage beginning January 2026 (every 2nd week of the month)
- Coverage Type: 24-hour call coverage
- Orientation: 8 hours on the Friday before the first shift (8 AM - 5 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)

**Position Details**
- Practice Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room (Trauma Level IV)
- Days per Month: 5 days per month, ongoing
- Required OBGYN Procedures:
- Normal deliveries
- C-Sections
- Emergent GYN procedures
- Required FMOB Procedures:
- Normal deliveries
- C-Sections
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: RN
- Average Deliveries Per Year: 300
- LD Beds: 4
- ORs: 1 in the LD unit, 4 additional in the main OR department
- NICU: No
- MFM/Perinatology Support: No, but pediatricians are on call
- Backup for C-Sections: No designated backup, but other providers may come in if needed
- Patient Census/Admissions Per Day: 1-2

**Submission Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN
- Active Colorado License or IMLC
- Clean Background History
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days (Emergency Temp Privs available for clean files)
