**Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology - Davenport, IA (Call Only)**

**Assignment Dates**
- Ongoing coverage needed until summer 2025
- Facility will not allow providers to work two shifts in a row Monday-Friday
- Weekend shifts allowed: Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun, or Sun/Mon
- Ideal provider would be local/drive-in due to sporadic coverage

**Coverage Need**
- 24-hour call coverage at a flat rate (12 hours on-site, 12 hours from hotel)
- Call ratio: 1:5
- Sleep room available on-site
- Clinic shifts available between 24-hour shifts if desired

**Position Details**
- Inpatient hospital setting
- Trauma Level III
- Admissions required
- EMR: Cerner
- Support staff:
- 4 physicians in practice
- 1-2 CNMs providing coverage
- Labor & Delivery, postpartum, OR, and ER support
- Onsite lab and ultrasound available
- High-risk pregnancy cases: 60%

**Submissions Requirements**
- Active IA license or active IMLC
- Board certified
- NRP certification
- Fetal monitoring certification by AWOHN
- Clean malpractice and background history

**Skill Requirements**
- Low-risk pregnancy (e.g., history of twins, toxemia, pyelonephritis)
- High-risk pregnancy (e.g., toxemia, diabetes, cardiac conditions, chronic lung/renal disease)
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- OB ultrasounds (Level I/Screening - viability)
- Amniocentesis
- Routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-sections)
- Complicated deliveries (C-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs)
- Repair of 3rd & 4th-degree lacerations
- Surgical gynecology (open
