- Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

**Position Details**
- In need of full-time OB clinic and call coverage beginning May 1.
- Low volume facility with 165 births in 2024.
- Call is not in house but the physician is responsible for backing up the midwives.
- Beeper call with 15-minute response time
- Inpatient setting
- Trauma Level IV
- Call ratio: 1:1
- Patients seen per shift: 1-3
- Admissions per shift: 1-2
- Board certification required: Yes
- EMR: Cerner
- Support staff:
- 12 RNs
- 2 PA/NPs
- Admissions required: Yes

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Clean malpractice and background history
- BLS certification

**Skill Requirements**
- Low-risk pregnancy
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- OB ultrasounds (viability required)
- Routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-sections)
- Complicated deliveries (C-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs)
- Repair of 3rd & 4th-degree lacerations
- Surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic, operative procedures including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy)
