**The Opportunity:**
-The roles of our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are to provide comprehensive patient care by systemic assessments, diagnosis, and treatment. Care is provided in collaboration with physician and staff.
-Full-Time 40hrs/week.
-8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
-No call rotation, holiday rotation or weekend coverage.

**Training Requirements for this position:**
Upon hire, you must have:
-Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
-Master's degree in nursing.
-One year experience is preferred.
Upon 30 days of hire you must have:
-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
-National certification as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
To be hired as a Physician Assistant:
-Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant Training program.
-Unlimited Physician Assistant license from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board.
