Become a part of our mission to enhance the health and well-being of our community! **The Opportunity:** -The roles of our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are to provide comprehensive patient care by systemic assessments, diagnosis, and treatment. Upon 30 days of hire you must have: -Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. -National certification as a Nurse Practitioner preferred. To be hired as a Physician Assistant: -Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant Training program. -Unlimited Physician Assistant license from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board.
