**Submission Requirements**
- Active MT license or IMLC
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Clean history
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS required

**Skill Requirements**
- General Urology (Adult)
- Renal and Bladder Ultrasound with Biopsy

**Additional Details**
- We need someone to take 24/HR call for 7 days a month. This would involve urgent patients in clinic 2-3 hours per day, ED call, and emergency non-robotic surgery.
