**Position Details**
- Location: Bismarck, ND
- Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
- 1.0 FTE
- Average callback hours: 1-5 per shift
- Weekend call & night call required
- Rounding only on post-op patients during the week
- Surgery days: 4 scheduled cases, plus emergent surgeries (may see 1-3 stone cases)
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 LPN

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
- North Dakota license or IMLC
- Case logs required at presentation and offer
- Must be able to perform TRUS Biopsies without an ultrasound tech

**Skill Requirements**
- TRUS Biopsies of prostate
- Cystoscopy
- Cystoscopy and dilation
