**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
- Open Shifts:
- 4/7: 7a-7p
- 4/8: 7a-7p
- 4/9: 7a-7p
- 4/10: 7a-7p
- 4/12: 7a-7p, 7p-7a (or 24-hour shift)
- 4/26: 7a-7p, 7p-7a (or 24-hour shift)
**Position Details**
- Specialty: Emergency Medicine
- Coverage Type: Single Provider
- Shift Options: 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
- Patient Census: 26 patients per day, 9,500 per year
- EMR System: Epic (starting March 2025)
- Emergency Department staff respond to house codes
- Potential Hospitalist Coverage (TBD)
**Submission Requirements**
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Active NY License
- BLS, ACLS Required
- Must be available for all open dates
- Clean history
