Practice Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
EMR System: Epic
Admissions Required? No
Hospital Stroke Certified? Yes
Call Type: Beeper
Call Ratio: 7 days per month
Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Support Staff: 7 MAs, 1 PA/NP

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Clinic
Tuesday: Surgeries all day
Call Coverage: 7 days per month (24-hour shifts, 7 AM - 7 AM)
Two providers will be utilized: Two weeks on, two weeks off
During scheduled shift work, provider covers both clinic & hospital call

Procedures Required:
General Urology (Adult)
Ureteroscopy
Renal & Bladder Ultrasound (w/ Biopsy)
TRUS Biopsies
Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

Preferred Procedures:
Laparoscopic Surgeries
Radical Prostatectomy
Nephrectomy
Prostatectomy
Pelvic Node Dissection
Robotic Surgery (Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound)
Penile Prosthesis

Requirements:
Board Certified in Urology - REQUIRED
Active OR License - REQUIRED
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
