- Seeking 6 CRNAs
- Providers must be able to float between two locations (Novi & Southfield)
- Reassignment notice typically given the day before

**Position Details**
- Shift Options: 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24-hour shifts
- Late Shifts: 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. available
- Weekend shifts available
- 40-hour guarantee option available
- No heart cases
- Primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
- Limited pediatric cases, mostly standard procedures
- 36-46 total cases per day across both sites (15-20 cases per site)
- Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio)
- Most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia
- CRNAs responsible for their own arterial line placements

**Submission Requirements**
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active MI License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS Required
- Clean background

**Skill Requirements**
- Anesthesia for neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
- Arterial line placement
