**Coverage Need**
- TWO Openings
- Assignment Dates: Starting ASAP tp Ongoing
- Schedule for the immediate coverage: 3, 12-hour, or 4, 10-hour shifts per week.
- Schedule for September 15th Start: Combination of 4x10-hour, 5x10-hour, or 3x12-hour shifts per week
- No Call Required
**Position Details**

- Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: EPIC
- Medically Supervised, Care Team Model
- Case Mix: ENT, General Surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, Podiatry, OB, Orthopedics, (Healthy) Pediatric Cases, Robotic Procedures, Urology, Vascular (No CT or Neuro)
- CRNAs Support:
- 7 ORs in Main Surgery Department
- 4 ORs at Adjacent Surgi-Center
- 2 GI Treatment Rooms
- 1 Bronchoscopy Room
- 1 Cath Lab
**Submissions Requirements**
- Active WA license or IMLC
- Board Certified
- Clean History
- ACLS
**Skill Requirements**
- General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric, Trauma)
- Spinal Anesthesia
- Epidural Anesthesia
- Regional Anesthesia Surgery
- Obstetrical Cases
