**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
- Minimum Availability: 2 weeks per month (2 providers working 2-on/2-off)
- Trauma Level: 2
**Position Details**
- Location: Spokane, WA (Providence Holy Family Hospital & Sacred Heart)
- Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Patients Per Shift: 5
- Board Certification: Required
- Certifications Required:
- ACLS
- BLS
- Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes
- Fellowship: 2
**Submissions Requirements**
- WA License or IMLC Required
- Clean Background: Highly Preferred
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
- Temporary Privileges Available: No
**Skill Requirements**
- Upper GI Endoscopy (with biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeder)
- Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry
- Colonoscopy (with biopsy and excision of polyp)
- Sigmoidoscopy (Flexible & Rigid)
- Small Bowel Biopsy
- Lower GI Endoscopy
**Rates**
- Regular Hourly: $350.00
- OT/Holiday: 1.5x
- Nightly Call Max: $353.50
- 24 Hour Call Max: $2500.00
- 24 Hour Call Hours Min: 3
- Call-Back Hourly: $425
