Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Flexible Schedule

Job Description:
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team at our community health center locations in Austin, TX. This role offers a flexible schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week and a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide acute illness care and chronic disease management.
• See up to 36 patients per 12-hour shift (3 per hour).
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation.
• Work collaboratively with a supervising physician (on-call and available on-site as needed), MAs, RNs, and front office staff.
• No overtime or on-call required.
• Travel between locations may be required (mileage reimbursement provided).

Schedule:

• Shift Options: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start time, 3x12-hour shifts per week.
• Contract Length: 4 months with option to extend.
• Credentialing Timeline: 5-7 weeks.

Requirements:

• Active FNP license in Texas.
• Experience in urgent care, primary care, or high-volume clinic settings preferred.
• Drug screening required.
• Local candidates strongly preferred.
