PT in California for 6 months CPH# JOB-3025872

We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in April at a skilled nursing facility in California. This facility has a 90% productivity expectation. If you're interested in this position one of our recruiters can work with you to obtain the appropriate state license.

• April Start Date
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, 35 hours guaranteed
• 1+ years experience needed with adult population
• 90% productivity expectation
• CCC required
• PT may be required to travel and cover Casa Dorinda (CCRC) in Santa Barbara

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
