Overview

• Receive biweekly pay, monthly leadership stipend
• Provide medical care in a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility
• Provide leadership, mentorship and oversight for collaborating clinicians
• Timely pharmacy, acute response, and documentation of care
• Clear understanding and implementation of regulatory guidelines 
• Attend leadership meetings

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated range of $60,000 to $80,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
