OT in California for 3 months CPH# JOB-3026680

We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in April at a skilled nursing facility in California. This facility uses Rehab Optima system and has an 85% productivity expectation. • April Start Date
• Monday - Friday, 8/8:30am - 5pm, weekends are possible
• 35 hours per week guaranteed
• SNF and Rehab Optima experience preferred

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
