Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at a behavioral health facility in Indianapolis. • Conduct medical rounds to assess and manage patients.
• Perform history & physicals (H&Ps) for new admissions.
• Provide follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and mental health professionals.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
  

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in internal medicine or primary care preferred.
