**Position Details**
- Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
- Call Type: Beeper (Unassigned Patients)
- Call Response Time: 20 minutes
- Call Ratio: 1/5
- Admissions: 0
- EMR: Epic
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days- Support Staff: 2 PA/NPs
**Submission Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Licensed in PA
- ACLS, BLS certifications
**Skill Requirements**
- Upper GI Endoscopy (biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, injection of varices, PEG)
- Esophageal dilatation/manometry & interpretation
- Small bowel biopsy
- Lower GI endoscopy (sigmoidoscopy, flexible & rigid)
- Colonoscopy (biopsy, excision of polyp)
- Liver biopsy
- Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
