An established outpatient pediatric practice in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a board-certified/eligible Pediatrician to join its team.

**Position Highlights:**
Work alongside 11 Pediatricians, 6 APPs, and a Pediatric Psychologist
Full-time, hospital-employed position
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 AM-5 PM) and rotating Saturdays (8 AM-1 PM), with possible evening hours
Limited call rotation

**Qualifications:**
BC/BE in Pediatrics (American Board of Pediatrics)
Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
