A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join its surgical and ambulatory team. This hybrid role includes both office-based patient care and assisting in the OR, offering a diverse and rewarding clinical experience.

**Position Details:**
Location: Shelton, CT, with travel to satellite offices (Bridgeport, Wilton, Fairfield, Milford)
Setting: Ambulatory & OR
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (option for 4x10-hour shifts)

**Role Responsibilities:**
Conduct new patient consults, post-op follow-ups, and multi-disciplinary care coordination
Perform in-office procedures (skin and soft tissue mass excisions, complex wound care)
Assist in surgical procedures in the OR
Participate in quality initiatives across the healthcare system

**Qualifications:**
Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
Licensed (or eligible) PA-C or APRN in Connecticut
Board-certified (or eligible) in ambulatory care or surgery
Preferred: Experience in surgery, weight management, or nutritional services
