A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join its Elective General Surgery team at Backus Hospital. This APP-led team plays a vital role in managing surgical inpatients, admissions, consultations, first-assisting in the OR, and performing bedside procedures across multiple surgical specialties, including general surgery, colorectal, bariatrics, vascular, thoracic, and neurosurgery.

**Position Details:**
Location: Norwich, CT
Setting: Inpatient, General Surgery
Schedule: Full-time (three 12 13-hour shifts per week)
Call Schedule: No call

**Qualifications:**
Graduate of an accredited PA program
Unrestricted Connecticut PA License (or eligible)
Board Certified or eligible as a Physician Assistant

Preferred: 2+ years of inpatient surgical experience
