A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join its General Surgery and Complex Hernia/Abdominal Core Health team in an ambulatory setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with highly complex surgical patients, providing long-term, comprehensive care.

**Position Details:**
Location: Greater Hartford Region, CT
Setting: Ambulatory, with potential OR time
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (No weekends, No call)

**Role Responsibilities:**
Conduct new patient consults, post-operative follow-ups, and inpatient transition of care rounding
Perform in-office procedures (skin and soft tissue mass excisions, incision and drainage, complex wound care)
Coordinate multidisciplinary care and assist with system quality initiatives
Develop long-term patient relationships in a collaborative and supportive environment

**Qualifications:**
Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
Licensed (or eligible) PA-C or APRN in Connecticut
Board-certified (or eligible) in General Surgery or related field
Preferred: Experience in plastics, general, or colorectal surgery
