Job Description
-Located 70 miles from Chicago.
**Job Details:**
-Monday-Friday Outpatient Clinic.
-Joining an existing collegial practice.
-Existing panel of patients.
-EPIC EMR.
-Minimal weekday call.
-Rotating weekend call schedule (from home).
-Practice hours are primarily 8 am-5 pm with typically one later evening during the week. Currently, there is a Family Medicine Physician and a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. Physicians in the practice see anywhere from 16-22 patients a day with time set aside for charting.
**Compensation Benefits:**
-Competitive base salary consistent with MGMA guidelines.
-Production bonus based on wRVUs.
-Loan repayment.
-Sign-on bonus.
-Generous paid time off.
**Location:**
-One hour from Chicago.
-Fantastic school districts, family activities, festivals, and farmers markets.
-Great variety of local restaurants, bars, and wine.
