**Coverage Need**
- Start Date: June 2025
- Shifts: 8 PM - 8 AM (Night shifts & weekends preferred)
- Minimum: 5 shifts/month (Preferably 8-10)
**Facility Details**
- Trauma Level: None
- ED Volume: 20,000
- Total Beds: 11
- Fast Track: Yes
- EMR: AllScripts/Paragon
- Consultants Available: Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist/Oncologist
- ED Physician Responsibilities: Writes orders for admissions, oversees APPs
**Submissions Requirements**
- Active OH License (IMLCC not accepted)
- Board Certified (ABMS/AOA IM/FM; can be double boarded ABPS)
- Minimum 2+ years of recent Emergency Medicine experience
- NRP Certification
- COVID Vaccination
- Availability & rates must be submitted at name clear
