We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team in the Primary Care Clinic or a hospital unit in Woodsville, NH. This role involves delivering high-quality mental health care, assessing and evaluating patients, and directly providing patient care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations for patients.
Direct, assess, and evaluate patient care within the clinic or hospital unit.
Collaborate with hospital personnel, patients, their family members, and outside agency representatives to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Offer direct mental health support and interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required Licenses & Certifications:
APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered Nurse (RN) License
