We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our Urgent Care team in Western Connecticut. This role involves providing high-quality, acute care services in a fast-paced environment, including illness and injury management, minor procedures, and physical exams.

**Schedule:**
Full-time (38 hours with benefits)
Rotating schedule: Monday Friday (8 AM 8 PM), Saturday Sunday (9 AM 5 PM)
Weekend shifts required
Locations: Norwalk, Fairfield, Monroe, Shelton, Stratford, Trumbull, Westport, Stamford, Wilton

**Requirements:**
Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program

Minimum one year of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a similar setting
Experience treating patients across all ages preferred
