Role Overview
  • Location: Lansing, MI and surrounding area
  • Flexible full-time schedule M-F
  • Post-Acute care inpatient setting
  • No call

What You'll Do
  • Create individualized care plans for residents with complex wounds
  • Educate and consult with nursing staff and other healthcare providers including dressing changes, hygiene, and recognizing complications.
  • Integrate and work closely with the IDT and primary care teams within the facilities.

What we are Looking for
  • Experienced clinicians specializing in wound, ostomy, foot care, and/or continence care
  • Certified wound care NP/PA preferred, will accept wound care experienced NP/PA
  • Active Michigan NP/PA license
  • Active DEA preferred but not required

Compensation
Uncapped earning potential: our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $115,000 to $150,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.

Located on the picturesque banks of the Grand River in Central Michigan, Lansing offers the excitement of city life combined with the charm and warmth of a small town. The state capital of Michigan, Lansing is an important center for educational, cultural, governmental, commercial and industrial functions. The area is home to two medical schools, one veterinary school, two nursing schools, two law schools, a Big Ten Conference university (Michigan State), the Michigan State Capitol, the state Supreme Court, the Library of Michigan and Historical Center and headquarters of four national insurance companies.
