Job Details:
- 10 -15 patients per day
- Schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off. (rotating with another NP)
- Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit that is a locked down secure facility doing Primary Care only, NOT Behavioral Health. This is not a PMHNP position but a NP doing primary care consults and follow ups (H&P work - History and Physical Examinations). Must be a FNP due to adolescents.

Responsibilities:
- Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
- Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
- Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
- Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines
Qualifications:
- Board certified FNP
- Willing to train experienced candidates as well
- Licensed in state
