NP/PA - Heart Failure clinic position available in the Tyler, TX area

Great opportunity for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an outpatient Heart Failure clinic within a large organization in Eastern Texas - Tyler, TX area.

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (ACNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Must have Cardiology experience as an NP/PA
• This is an outpatient clinic setting only
• 15-20 ppd
• Currently staffed by two other APC's but growing and in need of a third
• Patients referred to this clinic have to have a diagnosis of heart failure
• Patients are referred through their cardiologist and post hospital follow ups
• Schedule is Mon-Fri 8a-5p - 36 patient hours and a half a day off for admin time
