**Urgent Care Physician West Union, OH**
We are seeking a hospital-employed Urgent Care Physician to join our team in West Union, Ohio. This position offers a 2-year contract with excellent benefits and incentives.
**Position Details:**
Schedule: (6-7) 12-hour shifts per two-week pay period
Office Hours: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM, rotating weekends
Patient Volume: 40-50 patients per day
Staffing: 1 nurse per provider, 1-2 providers per shift
Onsite Services: Lab, X-ray, and pharmacy
**Compensation & Benefits:**
PTO: 232 hours + 40 additional hours for high productivity
CME: 40 hours PTO + $5,000 allowance
Retirement Plans: 457b & 403b with employer matching
Moving Assistance: $10,000 paid to moving company
Malpractice Insurance: $1M/$3M claims-made coverage
Bonus Incentives: Up to 10% of salary
Non-Compete Clause: 70-mile radius for 2 years or one-year salary buyout
**Practice Highlights:**
Procedures: Suturing, splinting, wound care, IVs, foreign body removal, and more
Equipment: X-ray, EKG, IV pumps, AED, slit lamp, and rapid tests
