**Located in Honesdale, 32m to Scranton**
**Permanent Position**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Residency Program Director for our newly ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program, set to begin with three residents in July 2025. This program will feature a 5-5-5 resident complement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a clinical learning environment conducive to resident education.
Oversee the quality of didactic, clinical, quality improvement, and research activities at all program sites.
Ensure compliance with organizational GME policies and ACGME institutional and program requirements.
Foster an environment of continuous feedback, ensuring residents feel safe to raise concerns.
Orient residents and complete requisite documentation in a timely manner, ensuring they maintain an active license to practice in Pennsylvania.
Serve as a primary mentor and coach to residents.
Provide formative evaluations for each resident.
Administer the program to uphold the highest standards of excellence in Graduate Medical Education through collaboration with faculty, curriculum development, coaching, and policy development.

Minimum Requirements:
Board-certified Family Medicine Physician with the ability to obtain licensure in Pennsylvania.
Significant clinical experience in family medicine.
Leadership and administrative experience are required.
Proven teaching experience is preferred.

Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
FBI Fingerprint Clearance
Pennsylvania State Police Clearance
