**Coverage Need**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, five days per week
**Position Details**
- Specialty: Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology
- Provider Type: Physician
- Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Admissions Required: No
- EMR System: Epic/Beacon (All chemo ordered through treatment plans)
- Trauma Level: 2
- Supervising Advance Practice Providers: Yes
- Resident or Teaching Supervision Required: No
- Call: Overnight for clinic patients only
- Call Type: 2nd Call / Backup
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Average Daily Census: 5
- No procedures, No BMT
- Patient Mix: 60% Oncology, 40% Hematology
- Majority solid tumor, No Leukemia, Possible Lymphoma
**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Licensed in WA or IMLC
- Clean History for Expedited Privileges
- BLS, ACLS, ABLS

- General Hematology & Oncology (No BMT, No procedures)
