Part-Time Licensed Professional Counselor in Ponce de Leon, FL

We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to help our growing group practice in Ponce De Leon, Florida.

Role Overview

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Hold a valid full license as either LPC/LMHC
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $35,000 to $42,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
