- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call
- ACLS needed
- Program performs 1100 heart cases, 250 TAVR, less than 100 general thoracic cases in a year
- CT APP first assist PA/NP w/ RNFA cert, EVH Maquet Hemopro, on/off pump, CABG, valve surgery etc
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
