Outpatient Primary Care Physician opportunity in Northern Illinois

Great opportunity for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join a great community in Northern Illinois not far from the WI and IA borders and only 1.5 hrs to Chicago, IL

• Established outpatient clinic
• Well known organization within the community
• Looking to expand
• Family Practice or Internal Med Physicians
• Can start quickly if needed
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p with one half Saturday rotated among all providers - very infrequent
• No call
• Will see 16-20 patients per day
• Base salary with discretionary bonus at year end and yearly increases
• $220-240K based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
• Loan repayment through NHSC
