OT in Oregon for 3 months CPH# JOB-3029960

We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in March at a skilled nursing facility in Oregon. This facility uses Rehab Optima system and has an 85% productivity expectation. • Schedule TBD, 40 hours per week guaranteed
• SNF and Rehab Optima experience preferred

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
