* Seeking an experienced and visionary Site Director to lead ED at a thriving community hospital
* This leadership role is perfect for a physician who excels in clinical care, operational efficiency, and team management
* As Site Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ED while ensuring high standards of patient care, staff development, and process improvement

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the ED to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care
* Lead a team of physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
* Ensure adherence to evidence-based medical practices and regulatory standards
* Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department performance
* Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
* Serve as the primary liaison between the ED and other hospital departments, facilitating seamless patient care
* Recruit, onboard, and mentor new physicians and staff members
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including patient satisfaction, wait times, and throughput
* Participate in clinical duties, maintaining an active role in patient care
* Engage in community outreach and hospital initiatives to strengthen ties with the community

**Qualifications:**

* MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
* Board certification in Emergency Medicine
* A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine, preferably with some leadership or administrative experience
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives and managing teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high patient volumes
* Current, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure) in Pennsylvania
