**Located in Quincy, 2hours to St. Louis, MO**
**Full Time and Permanent Position**

We are seeking to expand our comprehensive Cardiology program by adding an Interventional Cardiologist at our facility. This position offers the opportunity to work within an established open-heart surgery program, as well as extensive electrophysiology, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI capabilities. This role includes interventional call only.

Compensation:

Total compensation above the MGMA median
Productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production measured by WRVUs
Direct from training: $760,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus
With 3 or more years of practice experience: $800,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus
Sign-on bonus
Educational debt forgiveness loan (if applicable)
$5,000 professional expense allowance
Up to $15,000 relocation assistance

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology care
Participate in an established open-heart surgery program and other structural heart procedures
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

Board Certification within 5 years of completing training is expected
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
