Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in a two-room surgical center. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a CRNA-only model, providing high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
Provide post-anesthesia care and support recovery.

Qualifications:
Current CRNA certification and licensure.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
Full-time W2 position: $225,000 per year.
Full-time 1099 position: $285,000 per year.
