We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join our team in Ocean City, MD, serving the Eastern Shore community.

Position Highlights:

Hospital employed, all MD/DO practice in a friendly, collegial community hospital
No OB, trauma, heart, neuro, or pediatric cases
Bread and butter cases including General, Orthopedic, Podiatry, GI, and Gyn
Physician-only practice with equitable distribution of work and benefits from day one
Strong emphasis on regional block techniques; training available for those willing to learn
Call is evenly distributed and taken from home
7 weeks paid vacation
Productivity compensation tied to wRVU (based on MGMA standards)

About the Organization: We are a 62-bed independently owned, not-for-profit community hospital with over 260 medical staff members. Established in 1993, our organization has grown to include a health system of 17 primary care and specialty office practices located in Worcester County, Maryland, and Sussex County, Delaware.
