**Full Time and Permanent Position**
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General/Bariatric Surgeon to join our team in Ocean City, Maryland, serving the Eastern Shore community.
Position Highlights:
Competitive compensation, including a bonus/productivity model
Robust benefits package
Schedule: Monday - Friday office days, 8 AM 5 PM
Call rotation: 1:3
CME allowance
Medical license, DEA, and board certification allowance
Malpractice insurance coverage, including tail/reporting endorsement coverage
About the Organization: We are a 62-bed independently owned, not-for-profit community hospital with over 260 medical staff members. Established in 1993, we have grown to include a health system of 17 primary care and specialty office practices located in Worcester County, Maryland, and Sussex County, Delaware. Our facility is accredited by the Joint Commission and holds additional ACR and IAC accreditations. We are designated a Screening Center of Excellence by the Lung Cancer Alliance and have received the American Heart Association's Get with the Guidelines Stroke Quality Award. Our telehealth services include critical care and remote patient monitoring.
