Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join inpatient team.

- Work with and oversee 5 inpatient Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC) who cover the birthing center and inpatient pediatric service 24/7
- Monday through Friday daytime work in the hospital assisting with rounding, admissions, attendance at C-sections as needed, ED and other consultations
- Participation in overnight and weekend call rotation as back up to the inpatient APCs
- Level I Nursery with about 1000 births per year.
- 6 bed pediatric inpatient unit
- After hours call 1:6 weeknights/weekends for back up coverage of advanced practice clinicians (APCs) in the hospital. The pediatric inpatient service and Birthing Center at the medical center are staffed by APCs 24/7/365 along with a daytime hospitalist. The on-call pediatrician provides support in Cooperstown on evenings and weekends
- Medical student instruction with academic appointment to the clinical faculty of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons
- Salary Range: $212,000 - $238,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
