• Work in an outpatient setting
• See 12 - 15 patients per day
• Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• After hours telephonic call rotated among other providers
• Open to BC/BE providers
• $5k for in-state relocation and $10k for out-of-state relocation
