We are offering a fantastic part-time position in Socorro, New Mexico for a medical professional to provide one day a week of rounding in a skilled nursing facility, along with offering medical directorship.

- Work closely with pharmacists on medication management including reduction and reconciliation as necessary, they complete all federally mandated visits including initial H&Ps, Medicare required visits, and acute and follow up visits as medically necessary in collaboration with the nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA).
- 1 day/week flexible
- We ask that you be board certified/board eligible in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM), have a passion to serve active older adults, and a desire to lead in a medical directorship role.
- Expected compensation for this part-time 1 day/week opportunity is estimated at $75,000 to $80,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
