**Coverage Need**
- Schedule: Monday Friday; Flexible scheduling (5x8s, 4x10s, 3x12s)
- No Call
- 40 hours/week guaranteed unless provider requests time off
- Full-time strongly preferred, but part-time and weekends-only accepted

- Case Mix:
- 80% General
- 10% Complex Vascular
- 10% Complex Orthopedic
- Supervision Model: 1:2 to 1:3 (Doc to CRNA)
- Operating Rooms: 10
- OR Equipment: GE Carestation 650s
- Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult)
- Preferred Procedures:
- Spinal Anesthesia
- Neurosurgical cases (spine)
- Complex Vascular Cases (except open heart)
- Complex Orthopedic Cases
- Pediatric Anesthesia: Preferred but not required
- GI Anesthesia: Strongly preferred (4x10 schedule, Mon Thurs)
- Locums will work at satellite locations across the street
- Credentialing: Emergency credentialing available (case-by-case basis)
- Orientation:
- Monday: Tour and Badge
- Tuesday: Full-Day Epic Training
- Wednesday Friday: Shadowing

**Submissions Requirements**
- NBCRNA Certified
- Active CO License or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
- Active BLS
- Must disclose years of Epic experience and last use (MM/YYYY)
- Clean malpractice/background
- COVID vaccinated
