**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates: Starting ASAP
- Rate: $170/hour
- Duration: Ideally 6-month contracts (minimum 3 months with option to extend)
- Schedule: 36-40 hours per week, 10- or 12-hour shifts
- Common shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Other options: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM, 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM
- Lunch is unpaid, and standard 15-minute morning/afternoon breaks provided
- No overtime (additional hours at regular hourly rate)

- Open heart cases
- Regional anesthesia
- Central lines
- Pediatric, thoracic, or OB cases (dedicated CRNA teams handle these)
- Number of ORs: 50
- Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
- Reason for Coverage: Expansion of clinical services

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certification
- ME State License highly preferred (will accept candidates needing to obtain)
- BLS, ACLS
- Minimum 1 year of Level 1 trauma center experience as a CRNA (new grads not accepted)
