Job Summary:

An established Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program in Arlington, TX, is seeking a dedicated Obgyn physician to join as a full-time Program Director. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape the next generation of Obgyn physicians in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Previous leadership and administrative experience
  • Comfortable balancing both administrative and teaching responsibilities (50/50)
  • Strong team-building and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Minimum of three years of experience in graduate medical education, including educational and/or administrative roles
  • Recent scholarly activity is highly encouraged, such as publishing original research or review articles in peer-reviewed journals or textbooks; presenting case reports or clinical series at professional meetings and participating in national committees or educational organizations
  • Academic Faculty Appointments with local affiliated Universities
