The Practice:

Outpatient only practice
1:12 weekend, practice only call
Four or five-day work week
Sign-on bonus + student loan repayment
Great retirement options! Employer will contribute 8% of annual salary to retirement plan
Opportunity to round on two nursing homes for additional income
