A well-established healthcare provider in the Black Hills of South Dakota is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing urgent care team. This practice serves a population of over 428,000 and is expanding with a new location in Box Elder to meet community needs.

**Position Highlights:**
Multiple locations in Rapid City, with a new Box Elder clinic opening soon
Opportunities for Advanced Practice Provider (CNP/PA) supervision
Flexible schedule with 12-hour shifts (7 AM 7 PM, 7 days/week)
