Dates: ASAP 3-month contract with option to extend
Rate: $170 per hour

Details:
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours (No Call)
Practice Setting: Surgical Center
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Surgical Cases Per Day: 7 20 (varies by case type)
Pain Management Cases Per Day: 0 10
OR Staff: Surgeon, CRNA, Supervising MDA, RN, Scrub Tech, and occasionally First Assist or Resident
Facilities:
o Primary: St. John Surgery Center, St. Clair Shores, MI
o Secondary (as needed): North Macomb Surgery Center, Macomb, MI
o No travel between locations on the same day

Procedures Required:
General surgical cases (Adult & Pediatric)
General & IV Sedation for:
o Plastic Surgery
o General Surgery
o Robotic Surgery
o ENT
o Orthopedic
o Podiatry

Requirements:
Active MI license required
Board Certified CRNA required
Clean background required
BLS & ACLS required
Must be comfortable with pediatric cases

Documentation System: Cerner
Supervision Model: CRNA under MDA supervision
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days
No reimbursement for background checks or credentialing fees
Local providers preferred, but travel considered within the rate cap
